Promotion: The Chamber of Commerce is the information center that promotes your business to visitors and tourists who come to our city. In the Chamber office, our members can display brochures and flyers on businesses, attractions and events to promote our area and your business.
Advertising: Members can purchase advertising space in the brochure/membership directory which is distributed to businesses and other chamber offices. Gold & Platinum members are elgible for blast emails to promote a daily service; hot new item or special event.
Membership Meetings: The Chamber sponsors a monthly luncheon. New members are given an opportunity to speak for a few minutes about their business. The luncheon gives members an opportunity to promote their business and visit with fellow chamber members. Participation matters and all members should attend these functions as much as possible. LUNCHEON SPONSORS WANTED! Luncheon Sponsorship included with Platinum & Gold memberships.
Business Referrals: Referrals is one of the most important benefits of being a Chamber member. Relocation packets are sent upon request to individuals who are interested in moving to our area.
Website Listing: As a member of the chamber your business is listed categorically and alphabetically on our website. Free links to your website or a free page on the chamber website will direct clients and customers to your business. Platinum members receive “front and center” listing on our homepage.
Social Media: As a chamber member your business or organization post will be shared on our FaceBook page. Gold & Platinum members are eligible for organic posts with increased “reach”.
Ribbon Cuttings: The Chamber of Commerce provides a service of a ribbon cutting for a formal opening, new additions, or changes to your facilities. Local media is invited to these events. This is an excellent introduction to the community.
Community Involvement: The Chamber strives to bring all members from all areas of our community together; working to make our community better for the good of the community.
Membership Plaque: Each member is given a membership sign that lets customers know that you are a supporter of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and active in your community.
Special Events: When events are scheduled for Meridian that will bring visitors to our area, Chamber members are given the opportunity to sponsor the event as a way to advertise your business.
